AI Transformation

Today we discussed how long it will take to integrate LLMs into companies. We concluded that it will take about one to two years.

The main time will be spent on defining the boundaries of AI applicability, finding suitable touchpoints, developing best practices, and collecting data in the required format.

It is likely that companies offering help in the LLM integration process have already appeared (or will appear soon) on the market. They should bring expertise in the field of application, technology limitations, and integration experience. While the overall level of expertise in the market is low, their services will be in high demand. At the same time, they will overhaul business processes, which will further increase efficiency.

It would be interesting to get involved in such a project.

In the meantime, we are at the stage of implementing basic tools to speed up employee work. Using the analogy of electricity implementation, we are currently just replacing gas burners in the workshop with light bulbs. But later, electric machines will follow. That’s when the most interesting part will begin.

And of course, some beautiful term like AIlization/AI-transformation/AI-company will appear. We can’t do without that ;)
