AWS has launched its autonomous incident resolution platform into general availability, providing teams with an always-on operations teammate capable of multicloud troubleshooting. The release incorporates Datadog’s MCP Server to bridge complex observability data with AI agents, enabling systematic incident triage and proactive root cause prevention.
