This looks like exactly what I’ve been missing for the last three years. I’ve had to write custom alert routers everywhere to handle operating modes, grouping, basic root cause analysis, full integrations, and so on.

• Dozens of integrations (hopefully full-featured)
• Service topology support
• Alert operations: correlation, mapping, extraction
• AI integrated everywhere
• Provisioning via code
• Incident management

And the coolest part — full-fledged workflows. With branching, loops, and a bunch of ready-made nodes.

Looks like a dream. The main competitor is a service custom-coded specifically for a project.
